Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of when they’re delivered. To be returned an item must be unused and unopened.

Returns, cancellations and exchanges are not accepted on the following:

• Accessories

• Products marked Limited Edition and/or Final Sale

• 3 or more of the same item

Please include the following information: 1.) Your name, 2.) Your street address (including city, state and zip code), 3.) Your phone number, 4.) Item name and product number you are returning, 5.) Date of purchase, 6.) Amount you paid for Item, 7.) State if you would like a return or exchange.

You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items unless item was damaged during delivery to you. We’ll get you your refund as soon as the warehouse receives and verifies the product.
