Exchange, Return & Refund Policy
Two Kitties and a Pup, LLC policies for EXCHANGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS are specific to the method you purchased your item(s) on our website (www.twokittiesandapup.com). There are (2) different methods to purchase items on our website, each purchase method has different EXCHANGE, RETURNS & REFUND Policies.
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so your EXCHANGE, RETURN or REFUND gets processed quickly.
To be eligible for a RETURN, your item MUST be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
(1st Method): Items purchased using VIEW ON AMAZON link:
If you purchased your item(s) on the Two Kitties and a Pup, LLC website using the "VIEW ON AMAZON" button then you MUST request an EXCHANGE, RETURNS or REFUND through Amazon. Follow the procedures listed in your original purchase confirmation from Amazon.
Amazon's RETURNS policy allows most new, unopened items to be RETURNED within 30 days of delivery, and many items are eligible for free RETURN. Two Kitties and a Pup, LLC DOES NOT have the authority to accept these EXCHANGES, RETURNS or issue a REFUND for products purchased using the “VIEW ON AMAZON” button.

(2nd Method): Items purchased using BUY WITH SHOP PAY link:
If you purchased your item(s) on the Two Kitties and a Pup, LLC website using the "BUY WITH SHOP PAY" button then you MUST request an EXCHANGE, RETURN or REFUND through Two Kitties and a Pup, LLC. Please follow the procedures listed BELOW.
You MUST request an EXCHANGE, RETURN or REFUND within 7 days of delivery receipt. The request MUST be in writing and delivered to Two Kitties and a Pup, LLC through e-mail or United States Postal Service.
NOTE: If Food, Treats or Supplements are opened we regret that we CANNOT, by law, accept RETURNS of these products, including all flea and tick treatments and wormers. We also CAN NOT accept any products that were washed or treated with any chemicals.
Here's the steps you MUST follow:

· The written request MUST include:
- NAME, ADDRESS and PHONE NUMBER of the buyer.
- NAME of PRODUCT, ITEM NUMBER, COST paid for the product and DELIVERY DATE product received by you.
- REQUEST either an EXCHANGE, RETURN AUTHORIZATION OF PRODUCT, or a REFUND. Note: You may only request an EXCHANGE for the same product and MUST be either for a different SIZE or COLOR. If you wish to EXCHANGE for a different product you MUST request a REFUND, then you can use those funds towards the different product. REFUNDS will be given back to the same method of payment you used to purchase product.
- REQUEST CORRESPONDANCE: Once we receive the written EXCHANGE, RETURN or REFUND Request from you we will contact the distributor of the product and complete the request transaction through them. Two Kitties and a Pup, LLC will contact you as soon as possible after we make the request transaction to inform you of the progress and completion of the transaction. If your RETURN is accepted, we’ll send you a RETURN shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an EXCHANGE, RETURN or REFUND will not be accepted.
- EXCHANGE & RETURN METHOD: If your EXCHANGE or RETURN is approved, we will send you specific instructions on where to send your product to. RETURNS typically take 5-7 business days to process. If you are exchanging a product we will inform you of the expected delivery date of the new product.
- EXCHANGE & RETURN PRODUCT CONDITION: Products being sent back for RETURN or EXCHANGE MUST be in re-sellable condition, only exceptions are products that were damaged in the original delivery to you. Please make sure to put the item in a box as you received it before RETURNING it. We reserve the right to refuse a RETURN or EXCHANGE product if it is not in a suitable condition to re-sell. Two Kitties and a Pup, LLC will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your RETURN, and let you know if the REFUND was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically REFUNDED on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the REFUND. Two Kitties and a Pup, LLC strongly advise you take a picture of the product before you send it back. If more than 5 business days have passed since you’ve requested an EXCHANGE or RETURN please contact us.
- SHIPPING FEES: Shipping fees will be deducted from your REFUND for the cost of shipping. If you are RETURNING or EXCHANGING an item that was damaged in the original delivery Two Kitties and a Pup, LLC will pay the cost for you to ship the product back. In case of product delay, we will notify you in advance, and it may take longer than the average delivery time. In the case of delivery to some remote areas, additional shipping charges may apply.
